Monte Leon

Location

Monte Leon is located 11 kilometres to the southeast of the Cap-Oeste deposit and within the same structural corridor. The Monte Leon prospect is within both PGSA’s El Tranquilo property block and the Estancia La Bajada. The Monte Leon prospect was identified in 2010 by PGSA’s exploration teams using high-definition Landsat imagery and has been advanced through geophysics, mapping, rock chip sampling and trenching. The Monte Leon prospect has not been defined over a 400 metre wide by 2,600 metre long north-south trending area hosting outcropping zones of veining, hydrothermal brecciation and silification, with a 1,800-metre long central area known as the “Vein Zone”. In the first half of 2011, a total of 3,953 metres of diamond drilling was completed on the Vien Zone. For 2011, the Company expects to drill 13,000 metres at the Monte Leon prospect.
